The Brahmans had good possession but were unable to post any more points.

The Pirates were eventual winners 24 – 11 in a good contest.

The Lions struck first blood and posted a converted try to rattle the BarBars eary.

The BarBars hit back and the game was locked at 5 – 10 for the majority.
