Week 12
WIN a five-piece esky set
Congratulations to Candice Murchie (pictured) who won the challenge last week.
I hope you enjoyed that $50 meat voucher from Jones' Meat Mart.
The prize for this week’s challenge is a 33l esky (five piece set) donated by Mitre 10.
The first person to look on my website http://365daynojunk.com and tell me (in the form of an email) the total amount of money that has been raised during my challenge will win this fabulous prize.
You will need to click on the ‘daily updates’, look for ‘Day 78’ and then send your email to debbieunwin82@gmail.com to win this esky set. Good luck.
And thank you to Mitre 10 for your generous donation.
Well, throughout this challenge I have managed to avoid junk food.
However, I have realised that I am always hungry and am not eating enough.
From this week on I am going to try and eat six times a day.
Being a mum of two and a part time teacher, I find it hard enough to eat three times a day.
But being hungry all the time might tempt me to eat the wrong food and fail my challenge, so this is what I am going to aim for.
I encourage all those who want to lose weight not to fall into the trap of eating too little.
It is not good for your body, and any weight you lose will probably creep back on faster than you might like if you become too hungry and give up.
I encourage those who don’t need to lose weight to eat carefully anyway, so as to avoid diet related diseases and various illnesses that stem from too much fatty/sugary food.
