Last week I stated that I would try to eat six times a day, but I failed.
I just don’t have the time to stop 6 times a day, even for small meals.
So I decided to eat larger quantities three to four times a day.
This seems to be working. I have also put a lot more effort into exercising this week which has helped to increase my energy levels and appetite.
In a few weeks, the wonderful Katherine Rotary Club are hosting a ‘100 Day Party’ held at the Rotary Park to celebrate the 100 day milestone of my challenge.
It will be held on Sunday, 11th August from 10am to 2pm.
This event will be raising money for my cause. There will be many exciting children’s activities, raffles, games and prizes.
