THE court case in the death of Katherine man Ray Niceforo has been adjourned until next month.
Lawyers for Katherinites Bronwyn Buttery, Zak Grieve, Darren Halfpenny and Christopher Malyschko, who are accused of the murder of Mr Niceforo called for an extension to sort through extensive amounts of evidence.
