ROUND 3 of the BRFL started on Friday night with a double header at Nitmiluk Oval.
In the first game Tindal played a good four quarters of football to over come the Kalano Bombers side 15.7.97 to 8.12.60.
Best for Tindal J Matson with 3 goals and J Annear with 4 goals.
For Kalano Billy Huddleston was good again with 2 goals and J Clyden kicked 2 goals.
In the late game the Camels continued on their winning way with a comprehensive win in the local derby over the Eastside boys 15.5.95 to 4.7.31.
The Camels continue to get great run our of Tom Gleeson and M Hamdorf worked hard all night.
D Charlston was terrific up forward for the Camels with 7 goals and M Samett kicked 3 goals.
Best for Eastside was W Cossack J Dobson and D Snape all tried hard all night.
On Saturday Lajamanu again failed to make the trip in so Ngukurr got the points in that game, and Beswick overcame local rival Arnhem Crows to record a comfortable win 14.12.90 to 5.3.33.
Beswick look the goods this year with good runners in the middle with the Blinter boys and a dangerous attack with D Kennedy kicking 3 goals and Patrick Daniels kicking 4.
The Crows need to regroup for the big game this week against the Camels.
At Jilkminggan on Sunday the Jilkminggan Blues defeated the Minyerri Tigers comfortably 17.13. 115 to 6.8.44 and now are undefeated after three games.
I Daylight kicked 6 and O Daylight 4 for the blues and A Mardi was rock solid at the back.
