One of four people charged with the murder of Katherine man Ray Niceforo has pleaded guilty to the charges.
Katherine man Darren Jason Halfpenny, 24, who was paid $5000 to help kill Mr Niceforo, will be sentenced next week and is facing a mandatory life sentence.
Mr Niceforo's body was found in scrubland on Gorge Road, 12km outside of Katherine in October last year.
