Eastside won the first and last quarters in emphatic style, claiming numerous centre clearances from Marcus Hamilton, who was the beneficiary of some superb Alan Mummery tap ruck work.
Matt Cannard and Clement Chulung, who laced up his boots for his 50th appearance for the double blues, proved a handful for their opponents and booted 10 majors between them.
Josiah Farrer did his early favouritism for the Doug Kelly Medal no harm again and dominated all over the ground.
For Gurindji, Stewart Green and Liam Kelly put in a big effort all day, as did Boyd George, but the competition points were not within reach for the visiting Eagles.
In the second round six encounter, the Kalano Bombers were left looking for answers after being belted by 96 points by the Lajamanu Swans.
Jonas George kicked six goals for the red-hot Swans, with Morgan Rex also adding five to totally outclass the Bombers.
The Lajamanu Lightning Bolt, Liam Patrick, put on a master class of football and created headaches for the Kalano players with his run off halfback, which resulted in plenty of goals being set up for the forwards.
In a great sign of where football is at in the region, Lajamanu debuted a few new young players who also shone in their first BRFL outing.
