With the race for the competition silverware underway, the first semi-final of the day was between the first-placed Rockers and the second-placed Nek Minnit.
Nek Minnit took control of the game early and brought in 15 runs in the first two innings, while Rockers managed just one.
Nek Minnit continued to score and left Rockers in its wake, with time and game called when the margin had blown out to a staggering 13 runs.
The victory earned Nek Minnit the first spot in the 2015 grand final, with Rockers earning a chance at redemption when they play Rebels for the second place on September 12.
The second game of the day was the much-hyped mixed semi-final between Wanderers and Rebels.
Both team started out strong, but in the third innings, Wanderers ran away with the game to post a 16-6 win and earn themselves a place in the decider.
In the junior division, Rebels notched up a 10-7 win against Nek Minnit, with Shaneen Avalon and Aiden Kopp starring with the bat.
On September 5, there will only be one game - the mixed knockout final between Bad Company and Nek Minnit.
Tickets are now on sale for the 2015 Katherine Softball Association presentation night, which will be held at the Katherine Sports and Recreation Club on September 19 at 6pm.
