The event was a huge success with 130 showing their support for the medical retrieval service.
Tegan Peirce and her team at Dragonfly Catering and Events decided to host the event to raise money for CareFlight following Ms Pierce's own experience with the helicopter service last year.
The auction on the night raised $18,000 which will be donated to assist with CareFlight’s running costs, as they are only partially funded by the government.
“Everyone that came to support the event were very generous on the night,” Ms Peirce said.

Ms Peirce said she had already volunteered to run the event again, but is considering mixing it up in the future.
“Maybe next time we can do something different to mix it up,” she said.
“Like a champagne breakfast, I am always looking for a great Sunday breakfast in Katherine and I think there would be a lot of interest.”
All money raised from the auction and event will be given directly to CareFlight NT.
