The United Service Station in Katherine Terrace near the bridge was again held up, and again by young males with sticks.
Northern Territory Police have already charged two males following the aggravated robbery yesterday morning.
Det. Sen.-Sgt Mark Malogorski said three males allegedly entered the 24-hour United Service Station early yesterday morning.
“One offender has struck a staff member to the head with a wooden stick causing a large laceration,” he said.
“The three offenders have then fled the scene with a small quantity of cash and food items.”
Police attended and a crime scene was established.
“Later that day, following information from a member of the public, two alleged offenders aged 22 and 16 were arrested,” Det. Sen.-Sgt Mark Malogorski said.
They were charged with aggravated robbery – armed with a weapon causing harm.
The 22-year-old appeared in Katherine Local Court yesterday.
The youth was bailed to appear in Katherine Youth Court yesterday.
Police today said the search was continuing for the third male.
He is described as being of Indigenous appearance.
At the time of the offence he was wearing a grey jumper with black sleeves and a black hood that was pulled over his face and navy knee-length shorts.

The United service station was similarly robbed in September last year.

The youths were allegedly armed with rocks and a metal pole.
In that robbery, the youths allegedly threatened a United staff member before making off with a small amount of money and food.
