The singer song writer will come to town on November 15.
The YMCA plans to provide a workshop with Sean and about 300 young people in Katherine.
Young people in Katherine will get the opportunity to listen to a motivational talk from the performer and of course hear him sing.
“I am now happy to advise that our diversions program to have the international performer Sean Kingston attend Katherine to spend time with young people 13-17 years old in the Katherine Youth Space,” a spokesman from the YMCA said.
The event is set to start at 4.30pm and finish at 8.30pm.
“YMCA will also be incorporating local performances into this event, including Binjari youth, with local high school students developing the choreography, local rapper Michael Cameroon and Danielle Campbell,” the YMCA spokesman said.
Sean Kingston, is a Jamaican-American singer, songwriter, rapper and record producer whose first album was released in 2007.
As well as his worldwide mega-hit ‘Beautiful Girls’, the crooner is known for other hits like ‘Eenie Meenie’ which he co wrote with Justin Bieber.
