Another cold morning record may have fallen in Katherine with the temperature falling to a chilly 4.6 degrees this morning.
Katherine experienced its coldest night in seven years with 5.2 degrees yesterday.
The Bureau of Meteorology said the record was 4.7 degrees on August 12, 2012.
We will have to wait for the final checking of figures today to see if a record has been created today.
Borroloola also had its coldest night in five years on Sunday, also recording 5.2 degrees.
Darwin's low of 15.7 was the coldest June morning since 2014.
Katherine's long term minimum temperature for June is 14.3 degrees.
