AS TIO customers in Katherine reel in the wake of premium spikes of up to 500 per cent, Lands and Planning Minister Dave Tollner says he is “disappointed” the insurer introduced its new risk-based pricing structure before the town’s $25 million flood mitigation plan could be completed.
