Dr Wyllie, who works at Gorge Health and the Katherine Hospital, combines a passion for rock climbing and BASE jumping.
Last year, Dr Wyllie and five friends travelled to the summit of Frenchmans Cap in the Tasmanian wilderness called the Lorax.
They have made a short film about their adventure, called The Lorax Project, showing at 7.30 tonight.
The 38-year-old doctor is a veteran of 700 jumps.
