The Community Benefit Fund team are holding information sessions around the Territory during September.
It’s an opportunity for eligible not-for-profit community based groups to learn more about what grants and funding are available and how to apply.
Activities can include youth services, sporting and recreation facilities, art projects or community events.
If your organisation has applied for CBF grants in the past, or is interested in applying for grants in the future these sessions will provide useful information.

The new and improved Community Benefit Fund Grants are now open.
The recent changes expanded the Community Benefit Fund to provide greater certainty and accountability for all Territorians who access the Fund.
The Territory Labor Government has increased the amount of funding available under the Major Grant category to $250,000, up from the current $200,000 maximum and allowed for large community events to apply for up to three years funding, with up to 30 per cent of the funding able to be applied for operational purposes, ensuring our wonderful local events will have a firmer financial footing.
The Minor Grant category have also been increased with upto $15,000 available – an increase from the previous $10,000. The most significant change to the minor grants however is that applications will be open all year round.
