Top End Wedding, shot on location at Nitmiluk and other locations across the NT in May of last year, called for over 20 extras from Katherine to play the role of tourists.
In the months leading up to the release of the film there has been much speculation as to how much of Katherine would make the cut.
From the looks of the trailer, Nitmiluk plays a prominent role.
And if you look closely, some of the budding Katherine actors can be seen as well.
Top End Wedding will be screened at Nitmiluk in May as part of the Northern Territory Travelling Film Festival.
The NTTFF will be on the road between March and early June, with an outdoor cinema popping up under the stars among popular hot spots, iconic landscapes and remote Indigenous communities.

Festival Director Britt Guy said the 2019 film festival is packed with films for everyone to appreciate.
“It was thrilling to see local audiences as well as visitors to the Top End respond so enthusiastically to the film program we presented last year,” Mr Guy said.
“In 2019 we are being even more ambitious. I urge visitors to get in early to buy their tickets and plan their trip to the NT around our festival events.”
