The service will be held at the Katherine Country Club from 10.30am.
Mr Keeley, 29, was the subject of a police search last week after he went missing in a remote area near Buchanan on the NT/WA border.
His broken down vehicle was located on Duncan Road approximately five kilometres south of the Victoria Highway.
An aerial search located his body on Friday in bushland not far from the vehicle.
His family announced the details of the memorial service this week.
A second service is planned to be held in Adelaide on Friday from 12.30pm at Centennial Park Chapel.
A police report is being prepared for the coroner.
