Police are running out of charges trying to keep up with this out of control 38-year-old who is breaking almost every traffic law in the book and then some.
It is now probably only a stay in prison which will get her off the road, if only for a short time.
The Katherine woman was busted three times late last month for driving while on drugs.
That same woman had no sooner faced court than she was busted again, still driving without a licence - once on Friday and once yesterday.
When she went to court a week ago the 38-year-old was fined a total of $900 and $1500 in victims levies on a series of drug charges.
Katherine Local Court was told police had found a used syringe next to a five-year-old who was a passenger in the car.
Her vehicle had extensive damage to the right hand panels, a missing door handle, and sharp shards protruding from the right hand mirror and bumper, police said.
The woman was subjected to roadside drug analysis which returned a positive reading for methamphetamine.
The vehicle was defected and the woman was arrested and conveyed to Katherine Police Station for secondary testing with results pending.
Three days later, on Thursday, the same woman was seen driving the same unsafe vehicle travelling in the wrong direction on a one way street.
Police stopped her again and she allegedly returned a positive result for prohibited drug following a roadside drug analysis.
A secondary analysis at Katherine Police Station returned a positive reading for cannabis, police said.
Finally the next day, Friday week ago in Katherine, she was seen driving a different vehicle this time and was again pulled over by police.
She was subjected to another drug analysis which returned a positive reading for amphetamine and cannabis.
The woman was remanded in custody and issued with an immediate licence suspension.
On Friday just gone, the 38-year-old was seen driving without a seat belt on Chambers Drive around 4pm.
She was issued with a summons to appear before Katherine Local Court for driving unlicensed and driving without a seat belt fastened.
Then police caught her again yesterday, this time driving on the Stuart Highway, Katherine, around 3.30pm.
She was arrested and charged again with unlicensed driving.
She is due to appear in Katherine Local Court again on March 27.
Last time before the court she was sentenced to a short stay in prison but released after her appearance because of time served.
