Parks and Wildlife NT rangers traveled from Katherine to the Victoria River at Timber Creek for the early season removal yesterday morning.
The croc measured 3.3 metres long.
With the arrival of the dry season soon, and the already low level of local rivers and streams, the catch and removal program will soon begin in earnest.
