The planned cuts to teacher rental subsidies in Katherine.
Only in the Budget documents, they are not planned, they are in there in black and white.

It's under "Budget repair measures".
Whole of government efficiencies, minus $3 million and some change.
We are told it is there the Katherine rental subsidy lies.
The Government intends to claw back $500,000 annually from the almost $2 million spent on accommodation intended to lure teachers to outback NT.
Talks are continuing with alarmed Katherine principals this week after emotional discussions with teachers in town last week.
At these meetings, the rental reduction is sold more as a plan, or being under review, but try telling the bean counters that.
As Education Department chief executive Vicki Baylis told us last week after her meeting with Katherine teachers.
The Cabinet made the decision, it is Cabinet which would have to unmake the decision.
The Australian Education Union's NT president Jarvis Ryan said this week the union was happy the department cuts were as slight as they were, given the state of the NT's finances.
But, he said, that did not lessen the crisis in Katherine.
"Senior Government Ministers would have to make a decision to backtrack on this, and obviously that is not going to be easy.
"We certainly don't see it as a done deal."
NT opposition leader Gary Higgins also highlighted the Katherine teacher crisis in his Budget reply speech today.
"Another out of touch decision they're carrying out is the attack on teachers in Katherine. This government clearly lacks priorities when working through its budget and puts wasteful advertising spending above retaining teachers in the town," Mr Higgins said.
He was obviously referring to the Katherine Times' editorial of last week where we highlight the amount of $400,000 spent on a Boundless Possible television ad during the AFL grand final last year.
"What is the cost to the community when those teachers leave the town?" he asked.
