The new slogan may replace the former slogan - "A logistics and agribusiness hub" which the NT Government came up with last year.
Of course the overarching NT slogan is the controversial Boundless Possible.
Katherine Alive is the catchcry of Katherine Town Council's new promotional films launched this week.
The films appear to be aimed at luring new residents and tourists and, has already been observed, do not feature any vision of the CBD.
Katherine "a logistics and agribusiness hub" was the brainchild of the government's Planning for a Vibrant Future plan.
It is a planning document which outlines the vision for the NT which the government said was undertaken in consultation with industry and the community.

A Katherine Times online poll from last year found 83 per cent of local people did not like it.
For the latest campaign, the short 30 second films, made possible through a $30,000 NT Government grant and $10,000 council contribution, will be "aired on TVs across Australia", a council spokeswoman said.
Council has not detailed how much money has been set aside for the television advertisements, although Katherine Times approached council for the information yesterday.
The Katherine Alive campaign also features a website.
"... showcasing Katherine, the lifestyle and people of the region, aimed to engage a diverse audience," the council spokeswoman said.
"The Katherine Alive campaign isn't to get confused as a tourism video.
"The videos will be showcased interstate, nationally and internationally to promote the potential of Katherine displaying the liveability of the region - economy, environment, people, community and culture."
The short films were produced by Katherine born Joseph Meldrum and his Queensland-based Faun Films.
Former Katherine CEO Robert Jennings is listed as an associate producer.
