There is little time left to catch a sunset cocktail at the Pop Rocket Cafe before the build-up really kicks in.

Three Sundays to be exact.
Off the back of the pop-up cafe securing a liquor licence, Sunday Sundowners have become a thing.
The team running the show, Bec Gooley and Mick Armstrong, have pooled their experience from days spent working late in bars and come up with a drinks list that is very Katherine.
The Hot Springs Reno, the Stolen Bicycle and the South Side Sunset, name just a few.
We wanted to do something a bit different.
- Bec Gooley
"We wanted to add something to the evening dining options in Katherine," Ms Gooley said.
"It is not really dinner, it is more about a meeting place where people can come and share good food and have a couple of drinks while the sun sets."
They've kept the menu simple to the items they know well.
"It's been informed by what we feel comfortable serving up. With food, it is one of those things where you don't know how it will go when you put out different options.
"It is about sticking to what we know and doing those things well."
From 2pm on Sundays, the Sundowner menu and drinks list kicks in, running until 7pm.
In the works for years, there are plans to bring it back bigger and better next year when it reopens after the wet season.
And dinner is on the table.
