One of them, aged 15, was spoken to yesterday about 13 separate house break-ins throughout the town.
The spike in house burglaries during November has had police concerned.
Most of the homes broken into were not locked.
The 15-year-old was also interviewed about stealing and criminal damage.
Police said the youth was being considered for youth diversion.
Police from Operation Pelion also arrested a youth yesterday for other property offences.
A 14 year-old youth from Beswick was arrested for unlawful entry on a residential premises, unlawful use of motor vehicle, stealing and a further unlawful entry on a commercial premises in the main street of Katherine.
The youth is also being considered for youth diversion.
Police in Katherine as part of Operation Pelion will continue to target property crime and repeat offenders.
A Community Safety Expo is being held in Katherine at the YMCA next Saturday, December 7.
The free expo is being held between 8.30am and 11.30am.
