The Amazing Race Australia kicked off with 11 teams racing around the world with tonight's finale featuring the final three teams including NT couple Jasmin and Jerome on home soil in the NT.

Known as the Deadly Duo, Jasmin and Jerome have represented the NT and their Aboriginal heritage proudly throughout the series and Darwin locals can join Jasmin and Jerome for a special viewing party at The Precinct Tavern in Darwin tonight.

The finale will hero the Top End's beautiful landscapes while showcasing bookable, local adventure activities available on www.northernterritory.com

Tourism NT partnered with Jetstar to co-sponsor the season and showcase the Top End to a national audience with Jetstar promoting a new flight sale deal to Darwin in tonight's final episode.

The Amazing Race Australia airs on Channel 10 on Monday and Tuesday nights at 7pm or 7.30pm in the NT, check your local guides.

Tourism NT executive general manager marketing Tony Quarmby said: "A huge congratulations to our very own NT couple Jasmin and Jerome for making it to the final three, they are great ambassadors of the Territory.
