It was Jeff and Melanie Usher and family switching on their massive Christmas construction.
Building on an abandoned phone pole and with the help of a crane, the Ushers have utilised strings of Christmas lights to get into the Christmas spirit - in a big way.
Residents are invited to drive out for a look themselves when night-time comes.
The tree is located 14km from the post office lights along Gorge Road - just look for the glow.
"We usually do something pretty big for Christmas, we have three kids and they get pretty excited, but this is bigger than anything we have done before," Mr Usher said.
Some of those Christmas installations have even seen the collection of kangaroo droppings to be re-arranged as evidence of reindeer fly-bys.
"We have a bit of land out here so we do landing strips for Santa and that sort of thing but we have been wondering what to do with the pole and this year we've had a go at it, and we're pretty happy with it.
"We would welcome others to come out and have a look."
"The safest way would be to drive past the tree and turn left onto the next driveway with the boat on a pole, and simply drive right up to the tree."
The family offered special thanks to Matt Harris, Josh Boyle, Smiley, Daniel Hanna, and the patient crew at A. and M. Cranes.
