Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 65-year-old man reported missing in Townsville.
The man is believed to have travelled to the NT.
Edward Fox was last seen on January 11 entering a taxi at a medical facility on Angus Smith Drive, Douglas however has not been seen since.
There are unconfirmed reports he had been seen in Tennant Creek.
Police hold concerns for his safety as he suffers from a medical condition.
Edward is described as Caucasian, 167cm tall, slim build and brown eyes.
He was last see wearing green cargo pants, grey singlet, blue flannelette shirt and a grey baseball cap.
Any members of the public who have seen Edward or have information in relation to his whereabouts are asked to contact Queensland police.
