Police have acted quickly to arrest the driver involved in the fatal car crash near Timber Creek on Wednesday night.

The 36-year-old man has been charged with multiple offences including driving under the influence, driving without a licence, speeding and driving an unregistered car.
A 19-year-old man was killed when the man's car left the Victoria Highway about 9.50pm on Wednesday.
The driver and an 18-year-old female passenger were thrown from the car as it rolled.
Detectives from Major Crash Investigation Unit travelled to Timber Creek to examine the cause of the crash.
The driver had been airlifted to Royal Darwin Hospital for treatment to injuries suffered in the crash.
It was there in hospital yesterday afternoon he was arrested and charged with:
- driving causing death
- driving under the influence
- driving without due care
- driving unlicensed
- driving an unregistered / uninsured motor vehicle
- exceeding the speed limit (16-30kmh).
He was remanded in custody and will appear in Darwin Local Court next week.
