A 14-year-old who allegedly pinched a car in Darwin on Friday kept up his driving rampage after twice filling up the stolen car at service stations.

It was just one of the shocking details from police advice today on the arrest of the young teen.
The teen driver's accomplice was 11 years old, police allege.
It began on Friday afternoon when the two boys found some car keys which had been lost in Leanyer.
Using the car keys, the pair located the vehicle in a carpark and allegedly took it.
Less than an hour later, the stolen car crashed into three other vehicles at various intersections in separate incidents between Leanyer and Casuarina, police claimed.
The pair took off after each crash.
Vehicles were damaged by no-one was hurt.
About 15 minutes later, the vehicle was sighted driving dangerously by members of the public on Sanderson Oval.
The driver later fuelled up at two petrol stations and drove off without paying.
About four hours after the car was stolen, police saw it in the Darwin suburb of Tiwi and gave chase when the driver refused to the stop.
Police eventually lost sight of the vehicle in Anula.
It was located in Malak at 6am the following day.
Strike Force Trident detectives later identified the 14-year-old and conducted a search warrant at his residential address.
He was arrested and charged with:
- Stealing x 3
- Drive without due care x 3
- Not stop after crash x 3
- Aggravated unlawful use of motor vehicle x 1
- Drive unlicensed x 1
- Drive vehicle causing loss of traction x 1
- Drive manner dangerous during pursuit x 1.
He is due to appear in the Darwin Youth Justice Court on Friday .
The 11-year-old was spoken to and will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act 2005 in relation to stealing and aggravated unlawful use of motor vehicle.
