Some had all their schedules modified because specialists were more routinely coming to Katherine hospital - and they just smiled and carried on helping.
Some of you deal with disorder every day, and you keep trying to do good.
Others have encountered not just incompetence but malice (both in the system, the culture, and the community), and still work at doing the good they are able to achieve. Others of you advocate and push for change, not always seeing it, but persevering at it because somebody needs to.
You're here and you're overworked, and we really need more of you, but so many of you keep smiling and keep going.
