In the first innings both teams played hard and scored three runs each.
In the second inning Tindal went on and scored a further 6 runs while Rockers could only score 1 more run.
In the third and final inning Tindal extended their lead with safe batting including a hit to centre field by Vicki Farrelly bringing in 5 more runs.
Rockers need 11 runs to get back in front and even with a homerun to Jo Delacoeur it was enough for Tindal.
Final scores: Tindal 14 to Rockers 8.
Best on ground for Tindal was Lucy Croft, Kate VanGardern and Patricia Thompson while for Rockers Jo Delacoeur, Keomi Ross and Francine Bain was best on ground.
In the second game Rockers was back out again against Rebels, the first inning was close with Rebels not being able to score and Rockers scoring one run.
In the second inning Rebels got on and scored 3 runs but Rockers replied with 6 more runs with Liddy Ross on fire with the bat.
Rebels suffering an injured player were able to keep going and both team played hard with neither able to score In the third and fourth innings.
In the fifth and final inning Rebels batted first and made a last minute dash to come back from 6 runs behind to level the scores with safe hits to Mel Retchford and Kaillee Brown.
With scores at 9 all Rockers had the last bat to get back in front.
Rebels for 2 outs straight away but Francine Bain got on with a 2 base hit then her fast running skills saw her steal bases securing the winning run with under a minute left of the game.
Final scores: Rockers 10 to Rebels 9.
Best on ground for Rockers was 3 generations of players Being Libby Ross, her daughter Francine Bain and her daughter Kayleigha Bain.
While best on ground for Rebels was Mel Retchford, Kaillee Brown and Deb Ogilvie.
This weekend sees Tindal Magpie with the double header with games starting at 10am.
