Police today said a further four quarantine fines had been issued as some continue to flout the rules.
In one case, a 34-year-old man arrived in the Territory on Tuesday and traveled straight to his job in Adelaide River.
It was later identified the man had no quarantine exemption and was issued a fine by police.
Also, a 48-year-old woman in Moulden, a 62-year-old man in Darwin City and an 18-year-old woman in Alice Springs were reported to police to be leaving their accommodation instead of quarantining.
They were all unable to provide a lawful justification as to why they were not quarantining and each was issued a fine.
The infringement penalty for failing to abide by the Chief Health Officer Directions issued under section 56 of the Public and Environmental Health Act 2011 is $1106 for an individual and $5530 for a business.
NT Police and Environmental Health Officers continue to undertake compliance activities.
A total of 24,078 compliance checks have now been completed and 125 fines issued.

The NT border will open from July 17 to all but Victoria although there are suggestions if further coronavirus outbreaks are detected then NSW could be added to the list.
Caravanners told the Katherine Times this week the constantly changing border rules in the NT were making them hard to follow.
