The family arrived in Darwin on a flight from Melbourne yesterday.
Since her arrival the woman has been under the care of Royal Darwin Hospital in isolation.
Contact tracing has been completed.
Her Darwin partner tested positive for coronavirus after returning from Melbourne yesterday.
It is the first positive case in the NT since a US marine tested positive for the virus after arriving in Darwin earlier in the month.

In accordance with national medical guidelines, the Centre for Disease Control has carried out contact tracing for this flight and all close contacts have now been notified and are in mandatory supervised quarantine at Howard Springs Quarantine Facility.
The man is now under the care of Top End Health Service.
This brings the total cases diagnosed in the Northern Territory to 34; all cases are related to international or interstate travel, with no cases of community transmission.
