The murals were commissioned as part of National Mental Health Week using the talents of 8-14 year-old girls from the Rockhole community.
Street artist Dave Collins has supervised the design although the inspiration for the work comes from nature.
The work includes a message saying "Don't be ashamed about asking for help".
The work is a partnership of the artists, Katherine Regional Arts, Team Health and the courts.
KRA executive officer Jacinta Mooney said the location of the courthouse was important to the project.
"There is a lot of foot traffic and a lot of cars that go past there, and it is opposite McDonald's," she said.
"The blocks of art are designed to draw attention to the message."
