The club has even secured a live band, Moonshadow, to mark the event with a free sausage sizzle.
Katherine flexible learning Centre will be demonstrating the use of the driving simulator, the club will announce winners of the geocache competition with a raffle, mini-golf will be available.
The club has been hard at work fundraising to equip and renovate the new clubhouse, the Rotary Training Room (near Clyde Fenton).
Lots of community groups have supported the club to get this far, with funds from patrons of the Katherine Speedway, and some of its own funds.
A community grant of $2000 from Katherine Town Council, and a helpful donation from Benash, is helping equip the club.
Equipment has also been donated by the council, and from other sources.
Free sausage sandwiches cooked by the Rotarians will be available from 2pm-5pm on October 25. Everyone will be welcome.
