An Australian girl, aged 4, and two women, aged 39 and 58, all arrived on an earlier repatriation flight from New Dehli and remain under the care of the AUSMAT team at the Howard Springs quarantine facility.
There have now been 19 positive cases of coronavirus detected since repatriation flights to the Northern Territory began on October 23.
More than a thousand international arrivals have undertaken quarantine at Howard Springs.
The Federal Government is looking to increase the number of repatriation flights to Australia before Christmas but their destinations are still being worked out.
The total number of cases diagnosed in the Northern Territory is 53.
All cases have been related to international or interstate travel, with no cases of community transmission.
