There are about 650 repatriated travellers quarantining at the isolated camp on the outskirts of Darwin.
The federal and territory governments have struck an agreement to increase capacity to 800 places per fortnight next month.
Their ultimate aim is to boost capacity to 850 places a fortnight by late March.
The slated increases come after arrival caps were slashed in NSW, Queensland and South Australia to ease pressure on hotel quarantine.
