Lily Murrimal
Lily Murrimal was born at Katherine Hospital at 2:30pm on Monday February 1, weighing 3.71kg.
Lily doesn't have any siblings but new mum Nora said she is looking forward to taking her home to Binjari and introducing her to the family.
Isla Hebberman
Jolanda Lesniak was so surprised to have a baby girl she had not thought of a name, but eventually settled on Isla Hebberman.
"We thought we were having a boy, then she came out."
Jolanda and Isla's father Rhys Hebberman recently moved from Perth for work, but were happy their first child was born in Katherine.
Jolanda said Isla's start to life was "so far so good" after a relatively easy labour and said the baby is sleeping and feeding regularly.
The new mother was full of praise for the Katherine maternity ward, which is letting her stay until at least Saturday.
"Bigger hospitals, I think they push you out the door."
"[Here] you feel really cared for... we're really happy with Katherine Hospital."
Isla was born at 2:30am on February 10, weighing 3.42kg.
Her picture for the Katherine Times was the first time in her life she had been outside.
Arianna Daylight
Arianna Daylight was born in Katherine on February 7, but her home will be Jilkminggan, about 145 kilometres south-east of Katherine.
Her parents Rory Daylight and Deserae Thingle travelled to Katherine for the birth of their first child, which happened at 10:45 on Saturday morning.
Born with a thick head of hair, Arianna is 3.59kg and will likely be heading home with her parents late on Thursday.
