Three males, and two females who arrived on the repatriation flight from Chennai on April 15 have tested positive for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, five males and three females who arrived on the repatriation flights from New Delhi on April 17 have also tested positive.
Since last weekend, 35 returned Australians have tested positive for COVID-19 in the NT.
All 13 new cases will remain in quarantine at the Howard Springs facility.
Since repatriation flights to the Northern Territory began on October 23 2020, 6668 international arrivals have undertaken quarantine at the Howard Springs Centre for National Resilience.
A total of 109 positive COVID-19 cases have been reported from international repatriation.
The total number of cases diagnosed in the Northern Territory is 150.
All cases have been related to international or interstate travel, with no cases of community transmission.
