During their six-month course, the recruits received training in legislation, defensive tactics, driver training, firearms, cultural awareness and engagement, search and rescue and addressing domestic violence.
The graduates were largely recruited within the Northern Territory, with eight members of the squad joining from interstate.
The graduates will take up duties in Katherine, Alice Springs, and Yuendumu.
Commissioner Jamie Chalker APM said he is pleased to welcome another group of people who have committed to a career serving and protecting the community.
"Our recruits are expected to meet a high standard during their training program and I thank the College staff for their hard work in developing our officers of the future," commissioner Chalker said.
The graduation was live streamed on the NT Police, Fire and Emergency Services Facebook page on the day.
