This course is open for people in all stages of business and will cover:
- How to understand your business's financial reports
- Better approaches to business financial decision making
- Finance and credit
- Developing budgets for your agricultural business
- Workforce issues
- The importance of biosecurity
- The latest innovation and trends affecting the industry
The workshops will be held over a three month period in the following format:
- Workshop 1 - face to face in a group setting in one of four locations across the Territory.
- Workshop 2-4 - Group workshops, online via Zoom
- Final workshop - delivered individually by a Rural Business Support Analysist who will assist you with applying what you have learned to your business.
Face to face workshops will be held in Katherine, Darwin, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs.
The workshops are delivered in partnership with Rural Business Support and with NT Government grant funding.
The Katherine workshop will be held on July 12 from 10am to 2pm at the Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts & Culture Centre.
