"Victoria in particular, has again been able to get the outbreak under control and down to cases only involving people who are already in quarantine.
"I am therefore able to revoke hotspots in Victoria and South Australia, following lockdown restrictions being reduced in those states."
The revoked hotspots in Victoria are; Greater Melbourne, City of Greater Geelong, Shire of Moorabool, Bass Coast Shire and Mildura Rural City.
The Greater Metropolitan Adelaide hotspot will also be revoked.
