"Thank you to Toni and Jon," Ms Henderson said.
"When I first started on council you were both very welcoming."

Deputy Mayor Peter Gazey said he was excited to see the influx of new council candidates.
"It's exciting to see nominations are open and some people are putting their hands up and nominating and making it public," he said.
"Some of them are here which is great to see.
"I make myself welcome if people wish to discuss council at all."
The next council meeting will take place on August 24 before the election on August 28.
