All nominees are invited to take part in a 'Meet the Candidates' Forum where members of the Katherine community can learn more about the candidates.
They will each be asked the same questions and have a three minute time limit to
answer. If time permits questions from the floor will be allowed.
Katherine Town Council CEO Ian Bodill encouraged Katherine residents to come along.
Elected Members play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our town, its important to
make an informative vote on those who will be making decisions on your behalf for the next
four years," he said.
The event will take place on Saturday, August 7 from 2-5pm at Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts & Culture Centre hosted by Katherine Town Council and
moderated by the Chamber of Commerce.
