The Arts and Culture COVID-19 Interruption Support package is for members of the arts and culture sector adversely affected by restrictions across Greater Darwin and Katherine.
Funding will assist with losses incurred by the cancellation of events and activities, including Darwin Festival performances, theatre productions, and live music gigs.
For Territory artists, arts workers and arts organisations booked for Darwin Festival, up to $2000 is available for individuals and $6000 for organisations.

"Yesterday the Chief Minister announced a 72-hour lockdown to the Greater Darwin area and Municipality of Katherine," Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage Chansey Paech, said.
"We have re-opened the interruption support grants to provide continuity and support employment for those working in the industry.
"The Territory Labor Government values our arts and culture sector as a major economic contributor that adds to the NT's creative and cultural diversity.
"We recognise the extraordinary talent on the schedule for the Darwin Festival this year and have improved the original grants to provide further support to those who have invested time and money in performances."
Organisations with an annual turnover of $75,000 and over should apply under the Territory Small Business Lockdown Payment Program.
The interruption support grants will assist with income or fees lost from cancelled work such as presentations and performances, including incurred travel and venue hire.
Applications and guidelines are available via grantsnt.nt.gov.au. Applications open 12 noon Tuesday 17 August 2021 and will close 13 September 2021. Applicants will be notified within 10 working days of submitting a complete application.
