The centre is at the old School Oval on the corner of O'Shea Terrace and Second Street, with parking available via O'Shea Terrace.
The clinic at 19 Second Street will run until Friday for people aged 12 and older from 8.30am to 7.30pm.
An additional 1000 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been made available for the Katherine community.
The doses have been fast-tracked from the Katherine allocation to expand access for residents and get the community vaccinated as fast as possible.

A walk-in testing site is also running at the Katherine Community Health Care Centre until 4.30pm on Tuesday and from 8.30am to 4pm on Wednesday and Thursday. No bookings are required.

Bookings for the Katherine Hospital COVID-19 Drive through testing site can be made on 1800 490 484.
People are advised to only book a test if they have symptoms or have been to an exposure site.
The extra vaccine and testing capacity continues as Katherine's lockdown is extended for a further 24 hours until noon on Friday.
The vast majority of casual contact cases are in Katherine and there are 12 people from Katherine Woolworths that are still to be located.
On Wednesday 2,403 COVID-19 tests were processed and all were negative.
There are as of Thursday a total of 87 close contacts, with the increase due to reclassifying some of the casual contacts at the Katherine Woolworths. All 87 close contacts have now returned a negative result, but they will all stay in isolation for the 14-day period to guard against any late incubation of the virus.
The casual contact pool is now 626 people, with the majority of those from the Katherine Woolworths. Of the 626 casual contacts, 272 have returned a negative result and have ended their isolation.
There is another 232 negative results that are being matched back to the casual contact list who will be released from isolation once that is completed.
A further 20 per cent of casual contact results pending.
