Since February, 189,000 doses have been administered in the Northern Territory, with 60 per cent of people having had their first dose while more than 40 per cent are fully vaccinated.
According to NT Health, 29 per cent of eligible Territorians in remote areas are fully vaccinated with more than 46 per cent having had their first dose.
"Territorians have been so great at rolling up their sleeves, and it's encouraging to see such amazing results across the NT. Great work everyone," NT Health Minister, Natasha Fyles posted to social media.
Vaccinations in Elliott, Minjilang, Papunya and Wadeye will take place this week.
