Ms Clark was officially re-elected after lagging just behind Kevin South in first preference votes throughout the counting process.
The six elected Katherine Councillors have also been named as; Kym Henderson, Jeremy Trembath, Maddy Bower, Ben Herdon, Amanda Kingdon and Denis Coburn.
A total of fifteen people nominated for positions as a Councillor, with five candidates vying to be Mayor.
The 12th Katherine Town Council will be inaugurated at a ceremony on Tuesday.
