A man has tested positive to COVID-19 in Darwin after travelling to the NT from New South Wales via Queensland.

According to NT Health, the 53-year-old man was a returning NT resident and went straight to Howard Springs from the Darwin Airport.
The person is understood to be fully vaccinated.
NT Health Authorities have identified 24 contacts of the person from the flight from Brisbane.
"Those people have all been notified, they're in isolation either in Howard Springs or on their way to Howard Springs," Health Minister Natasha Fyles said this morning.
Those contacts will be tested tomorrow and will need to remain in Howard Springs until they receive a negative result.
Ms Fyles said Darwin would not go into lockdown.
"There is a very minimal risk," she said.
"There is nothing to suggest there will be further cases."
Speaking to media earlier this morning, Queensland Health Minister Yvette D'Ath said a person had tested positive to the virus in the NT after transiting through the Brisbane airport.
She said the person left Newcastle in NSW on September 17 on flight JQ484.
They spent around four hours in the Brisbane airport before travelling to Darwin.
