Thomson took out first place in the Superclass Women's category at the championships on October 1, with the Big Rivers BMX Club being well-represented across the board.
Daniel Lang from Big Rivers took out second place in the Masters Men class, Zakarai Lange-Mathais took out third place for the 30-34 mens class.
Thomas Owers came third in the 13 boys and Jordi Carter came third in the 10 girls.
Coach Suzanne Sinclair, who is also Thomson's mum, said she was so proud of her team for their work this season.

"I'm really amazed at the massive amount of improvement all the riders have shown during the course of the year," she said.
"And I'm very proud of the way all riders performed and their sportsmanship."
Sinclair said 2021 had been a difficult year for the sport, with national competitions being cancelled due to COVID.
"A lot of the interstate competitions have been deferred and then eventually cancelled," she said.
"It will be two years of major competitions being cancelled due to COVID.
"Some of our riders have been training exactly for these events so its been heartbreaking for them to not be able to go.
"It's been hard work keeping up the fitness and training regime, but they've done so as is evident."
The club officially wrapped up the season at its club championships last weekend, with Lang being named club champion with Thomson just one point behind him.
"There was some hard fought racing going on," Sinclair said.
