The Northern Territory Government will launch the 'Lights of Remembrance' project displaying sophisticated projections which bring our history to life with moving photos and powerful symbols of Australian Defence Force personnel in various theatres of operation.
In Darwin and Palmerston, the 'Lights of Remembrance' can be seen from November 8 to 11.
In the regional centres of Katherine, Tennant Creek, and Alice Springs, the Territory's first travelling semi-trailer cinema will venture over 3,000km and will deliver a high-quality Remembrance Day tribute, which will include a series of images and short film clips projected onto the side of a semi-trailer.

This 'Lights of Remembrance' regional centre commemorative showcase will be on display on November 12 in the week leading up to Remembrance Day at the Katherine Cultural Centre, before travelling to Tennant Creek.
A Remembrance Day Commemorative Service will be held on Thursday, November 11 at 10:40am at the Cenotaph on Railway Terrace.
Hosted by Katherine Town Council, RAAF Base Tindal & Katherine RSL Sub-Branch, the ceremony will be conducted by the RAAF personnel from Tindal, with local leaders from the town council and police force also watching on.
It will be the 103rd anniversary of guns falling silent on the Western Front on the eleventh minute, of the eleventh day of the eleventh month in 1918 to mark the end of World War One.
